As the one who is operating the aircraft for this flight, you should put yourself as the operator and whoever appears on the Registration Certificate as the owner of the aircraft.

BOE's are issued to operators so if you plan to use a BOE then the Operator the BOE was issued to should be the operator that appears on the eAPIS manifest
