By hiring our Vacation Planning services, you can leverage our in-country expertise to develop your own custom flying vacation that meets your interests and needs. Being from Mexico and the Bahamas and living in Cancun, we have had the unique opportunity to personally travel throughout the Caribbean and Latin America visiting many destinations "off of the beaten path". We have visited hundreds of hotels, restaurants and activity providers throughout the region to ensure that we can provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date report of what you can expect.

Our objective is to provide you with a customized Vacation Plan that matches your schedule, preferences and interests with what is available in order to maximize your vacation experience. With our Vacation Planning service, we provide you with:

1. Personal Trip Itinerary

• Day by day itinerary and plan of activities
• Hotels that match your criteria, hotel descriptions, contact information and reservations (if requested)
• Ground Transportation arrangements (if requested)
• Tour or activity reservations (whenever possible)
• Additional activity and sightseeing recommendations
• Restaurant recommendations
• Estimate of the total cost of your trip. (Includes accommodations, ground transportation, meals, activities and/or tours)
  

2. Flight planning consultation; prior to departure, we will schedule a teleconference to review:

• Documents required for the pilot, passengers and aircraft
• Where to obtain suitable safety equipment
• Route of planned flight, airways and airspace along route
• Procedures enroute, on arrival and while in-country
• Tips based on years of flying in the region
• Answer any questions that you may have

3. Necessary charts and Pilot's Guide for your trip

4. "Flight following". We will contact the Civil Aviation Authorities at airports of planned landing ahead of time to advise them of your intended arrival and provide them with your information. We will also obtain updated fuel availability, prices and payment options prior to your arrival.

5. Local telephone number to reach us (in Mexico) in case you have a problem or need assistance. This can be especially helpful if you experience a mechanical or medical emergency and need the support and contacts of "locals" to help you overcome whatever arises.

Take advantage of the experience of natives from the region who know the destinations, language and culture so that you can benefit from their knowledge and network of contacts.

All fees for service providers, parts, medicines, doctors, hospitals, transportation and shipping are extra and the responsibility of the customer. Since service providers are not employees of Caribbean Sky Tours, we cannot guarantee the quality or timeliness of their service.

Note on Travel & Medical Insurance

Caribbean Sky Tours recommends for anyone involved in international travel to verify that their medical insurance also covers them in Mexico. If you do not already have travel insurance you should consider obtaining it.
