In order to interpret the symbology on the chart:
Red numbers located in Red ovals are the MAXIMUM VFR altitudes in that sector Red hatched areas are prohibited for VFR flights White circles with a black triangle in them are mandatory VFR reporting points Black circles with a white triangle in them are optional reporting points at the request of ATC The black lines with arrow heads are VFR routes Circles are military airports Circles with 4 barbs in the cardinal points are civilian airports.
