Venezuela has issued a Circular prohibiting all General Aviation (private) aircraft from overflying Venezuelan territory until September 05, 2016. No reason has been given.

If you are planning any flights to, or over, Venezuela then you should plan to make those flights after September 05, 2016. Also note, that it is also very likely that this may also affect flights through the Venezuelan FIR.
