It's that time of year again and if you are planning an international flight, you should verify that parking will be available at the destination you plan to fly to.

Unlike many airports in the USA, ramps for General Aviation at many foreign airports can be extremely small and while they may be sufficient for operations most of the year, they usually become a major issue during the holidays.

Some of the usual suspects include: Grand Cayman (MWCR), Puerto Vallarta (MMPR), Liberia, (MRLB), San Jose (MROC), Roatan (MHRO) and others. Plan ahead and make reservations if possible so that your vacation flight is not ruined by a "NO PARKING" NOTAM.
