We have been informed by the local fuel supplier in TLPC that there is currently NO AVGAS at TLPC and there probably won't be until September 30 or possibly even later.

If you are planning to fly to St. Lucia you should be aware of this problem as this means that neither airport on the island has AVGAS. You should plan your trip accordingly to be sure that you tanker sufficient fuel. Other options are Martinique (TFFF) to the north or St. Vincent (TVSV) to the south.
