A Sky Bahamas Commercial aircraft ran off of the runway during landing in Marsh Harbour yesterday afternoon and the airport was closed as the aircraft was blocking the runway. There is a NOTAM published. We spoke with the airport management this morning and they expect to re-open the airport around 11:00 Local Time am this morning. If you are flying to MYAM today, you should contact the airport prior to departing to avoid any unnecessary delays or diversions.
