When flying outside the USA in an aircraft registered to a corporation, it is a very good idea to bring along a notarized letter that states that the crew is authorized to fly the aircraft on a Private, non-commercial flight and that the passengers are the owner and/or friends/family of the owner.

A Microsoft Word document is available on the Member Website under Aeronautical Information - Documents for International Flights . You can download this file and then fill in your pertinent information, print it off and then get it notarized. It is best that the letter have some type of letterhead, even if it is something that you pull off of the internet. The more official looking, the better.
