Customers have experienced repeated problems with the new fueling company, TERPEL, at these airports. The issues experienced include over-fueling of aircraft despite repeated explanations by the crew of quantities desired as well as delays of over an hour in obtaining fuel.

Anyone planning to fuel at these airports who is on a fixed schedule should attempt to fuel the day prior to departure or arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure to ensure that the fueling ius done correctly and is completed in time for departure.
