As a general reminder, all international trips require travellers (crew and passengers) to bring a valid passport with them. The validity time of the passport may vary depending on the country where you are travelling to but this is a mandatory requirement.

Our agent in the Turks and Caicos Islands has advised that:

Quote
Recently there has been a notable increase in the number of passengers and occasionally crew members arriving in the Turks and Caicos without a passport. The Turks and Caicos does not accept visitors without passports valid for at least 90 days beyond the arrival date. Copies of passports are not accepted.

VISITORS WITHOUT PASSPORTS ARE REFUSED ENTRY.
The aircraft that brought them, whether private or charter, will be required to take them back to the point of origin.

With US Customs and Border Protection, CBP, it is also your responsibility as the pilot to make sure that all crewmembers and passengers on board have a valid passport with them before departing the USA.
