In order to overfly Cuban territory, operators are required to obtain an overflight permit and pay for airspace fees.

The permit will be issued to a specific Tail Number and it will be approved for a determined itinerary.

Once the permit is approved, the Cuban Authorties will issue a permit number, which must be listed in the Remarks section of the Flight Plan.

Cuban Authorities will grant permit for the Zulu day, so always make sure that you are converting local hours/dates to Zulu time.

If there are any changes on the route, the Authorities should be notified in order for the permit number to remain valid.

You can now request and pay for your Cuban Overflight Permit online.

The cost will depend on the Aircraft's Max Takeoff Weight and whether you are requesting a one-way permit or a round-trip permit.

Our Team will submit the request to the Cuban Authorities, obtain the permit number and pay for the airspace fees. Overflying Cuba is only one click away!
