US travellers are exempted from presenting a negative COVID-19 test when travelling to the following destinations:

Ecuador & The Galapagos
Proof of Vaccination? YES
Proof of being fully vaccinated least 14 days prior to arrival is required to enter without presenting a negative COVID-19 test. Unvaccinated Americans who have recovered from COVID-19 at least 30 days prior to entry do not have to be tested for COVID-19, provided they bring proof of recovery.
If travelers are not vaccinated, then they must present a negative COVID-19 antigen or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure.


Bahamas
Proof of Vaccination? YES
All travelers must apply for the Bahamas Travel Health Visa prior to their arrival.
Fully vaccinated travellers are exempted from COVID-19 testing, provided that they prove they have received their second dose (for 2-dose vaccines) 14 days prior to entering the country.
Passengers who have not been vaccinated must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 5 days before arrival.


Belize
Proof of Vaccination? YES
Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least two weeks before arrival, are not required to present a COVID-19 test result.
Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bio, SII Covishield and Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm and Sinovac.
Passengers traveling as tourists must have a reservation confirmation of an approved hotel, details can be found at https://www.travelbelize.org/health-safety .
Travelers who are not fully vaccinated must present a negative COVID-19 PCR TEST taken within 96 hours of travel OR a negative rapid test (Rapid Antigen, Sofia, SD Biosensor and ABBOTT (Panbio) Taken within 48 hours of travel. If no test is presented, a COVID-19 test will be administered at the airport. (USD $50 per passenger).


Mexico
Proof of Vaccination? NO
There are no entry or exit restrictions in place.
A completed 'Cuestionario de identificacion de factores de riesgo en viajeros' must be presented to immigration upon arrival. The form can be filled out at the airport, as a PDF or online at https://www.vuelaseguro.com/login.

Costa Rica
Proof of Vaccination? NO
Travelers must fill out a 'Pase de Salud' form before departure to Costa Rica. This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained at https://salud.go.crhttps://salud.go.cr.
Passengers must have a travel insurance with coverage of COVID-19 treatment and accommodation costs.

Dominican Republic
Proof of Vaccination? NO
Travelers must complete an "Electronic Ticket" at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/. This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.
Passengers and crew could be subject to medical screening upon arrival. Details can be found at www.godominicanrepublic.com/newsroom/coronavirus.

Please note that, per CDC requirements you will still have to obtain a negative test result up to three days prior to coming back to the United States, REGARDLESS of vaccination status.
