The Civil Aviation Authorities of Bermuda have stepped up enforcement of the ICAO standards in Anex 1, Chapter 2, Paragraph 2.1.10. for pirvate pilots flying Part 135 aircraft.
Pilots must be less than 65 years of age when the operation requires 2 crew members, or less than 60 years of age when the operation requires a single pilot.
Please note that the FAA does NOT have this restriction for pilots flying Part 135 in aircraft with less than 20 seats.
