Since September 21st,2020 Airports in Colombia are open to international visitors.

The two requirements are:

Crew and Passengers must pre-register at https://www.migracioncolombia.gov.co/24 hours and up to1 hour before the intended arrival.

Passengers must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test. Samples for this test must have been taken 96 hours (at most) before the flight. If passengers do not present test results, they will be required to comply with a mandatory quarantine under the supervision of the migratory Authorities of the country.
