Private flights to Cuba will no longer be allowed after June 5, 2019. The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has eliminated the "People to People" program and the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has made private aircraft ineligible for license exceptions to fly to Cuba.
