Good Morning to the famous Caribbean Sky Tours folks,
I am doing my best to pass the good news about your operation to people and will be making a presentation to a group of 50 to 100 at Wings of Carolina Flying Club tomorrow nite. Your name will come up in a very positive light. People from Bahamas Habitat will be there.

Also, in April at the EAA1114 Chapter breakfast we have been invited to present again to a group that could number up to 125 people. I am grateful for the opportunity to promote Caribbean Sky Tours.

P.S. Still no letter from U.S. Customs. Do you have any advice at this point? Should I contact them directly?

Hi Steele, I have called CBP and left a message with the person who has been involved in this case. I have alsos ent an email expressing your concern about not having received anything officially from CBP. I will advise as soon as I hear something.

Hi Steele, I am told that your case officially appears on the internal CBP system as "case cancelled" on February 07. They are checking right now with CBP in San Juan to see if a cancelation notice was mailed. I will let you know what they say.

Rick,
Thank you. Ivan Perez and I presented our Argentina Ferry Flight to an audience of about 50 people from the Wings of Carolina Flying Club and EAA1114 Chapter members. We were scheduled to speak for 45 minutes and were encouraged to go for an additional 45 minutes because of audience interest.

We spoke highly of Caribbean Sky Tours and Rick Gardner to the group because of your guidance for the trip and help with the $5,000 Customs Penalty and Demand. There were two members of Bahamas Habitat for Humanity and the Chief Pilot for Children's Flight of Hope and an US Air Boeing 767 Captain and warbird pilot.

Hi Steele, I was informed today by CBP that your cancelation notice was put in the mail this past Friday. Please advise when you receive it.

GREAT NEWS! Cancellation Notice received! Thank you for your persistence and support to see this through to a successful end. You can be sure my actions in the future will always include proper filing of eAPIS notice to and from the United States and its territories.

I would attach the US Customs and Border Protection letter dated February 24, 2012 if I knew how. You will receive it by separate email.

I am very grateful for your effort with supporting my case.
Respectfully,
