Hey you guys, maybe you can help me with a question.

I am RENTING an aircraft to fly into Mexico for the first time. I understand that among other things, I need a Radio operator license, and an Aircraft Station License.

Right now I am working on the Radio Station License (for the airplane). On the FCC's website, it is asking me for the "Licensee Type and Name", as well as the "Licensee Address". Would this be the aircraft owner's information (which is a flight school), or would it be MY information?

Good day,

The Radio Station License should be in the name of the owner/operator of the aircraft. The Restricted Radio Operator Permit should be in the name of the person holding it.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
