There is a restriction on overnight parking for General Aviation in Liberia, Costa Rica (MRLB) from September 18 - 27, 2016

If you are planning to travel to MRLB during these dates, you should plan accordingly.

I'm headed there this weekend, thanks for the heads up. The plan was to clear then then relocate anyway.
