TCAS II - Bermuda - 05/26/22 04:19 PM
Starting April 1st, 2023, civil aircraft visiting Bermuda will be required to comply with ICAO Annex 6 Part I and II SARPs regarding TCAS II.
All civil aircraft operatin under FAR 121, 135, 91K or 91 rules, with a maximum certificated takeoff weight over 12,500 pounds or authorized to carry more than 19 passengers must be equipped with ACAS II (TCAS II Version 7.1).
