We have been advised by CBP that there is a localized problem with the computers at the CBP station at the McAllen International Airport (KMFE). They have advised us that KMFE will be CLOSED to General Aviation arrivals until at least 12:30 pm Local Time on 08-MAY-2013 or until further notice if the issues have not been resolved by that time. Any aircraft arriving while the port is CLOSED will not be processed and will have to remain on the ramp awaiting CBP clearance.



If you are planning an International flight into KMFE today, or in the coming days, you should verify the status of the port with CBP in KMFE at (956) 682-2331 to avoid unnecessary delays.
