TRAVEL EMERGENCY HOTLINE
When you select this service, you will not be alone during your trip to Mexico. We will provide you with a local Mexico number where you can reach us 24 hours a day if you need assistance with the following travel emergencies:
- Mechanical Assistance: If you have a mechanical problem during your trip, you will need help in finding and selecting a competent aviation mechanic and parts to get your aircraft repaired. You may be at an uncontrolled field without any services or you may be at an airport with several people calling themselves aviation mechanics offering to help, how do you know what to do? We will use our local knowledge and contacts both in Mexico and the U.S. to assist you in finding the right mechanic and the necessary parts for your aircraft so that you can get back to enjoying your vacation.
- Medical Assistance: If someone in your group becomes ill, you will need to find a doctor and/or hospital to receive medical attention. Language and unfamiliarity with the area can become major obstacles. We can assist you in finding options for medical attention for you to choose from.
- Documentation: If you have problems with your aircraft documentation during your trip, we can help by clarifying and verifying information. If necessary, we can identify the proper civil aviation officials and contact them on your behalf.
This service is for assistance and is not insurance. All fees for service providers, parts, medicines, doctors or hospitals, transportation and shipping are extra and the responsibility of the customer. Since service providers are not employees of Caribbean Sky Tours, we cannot guarantee the quality or timeliness of their service.
