You may want to take the ferry over to picturesque Hope Town on Elbow Cay located a quick ferry ride across from Marsh Harbour. Hope Town’s landmark lighthouse is one of only three manually operated kerosene fueled mechanisms remaining in the world.

Harbour Island also offers a delightful shopping experience with its many souvenir shops and art galleries. Golf carts are available for rent to tour the island or you can do a walking tour through the narrow streets and have lunch in one of its many restaurants.

New Bight, Cat Island
In the afternoon we will continue our journey to New Bight on Cat Island.  It is time to relax on the beautiful stretch of beach at Fernandez Bay. While on Cat Island, you can visit the miniature monastery known as “The Hermitage” built atop mount Alvernia, the highest point in the Bahamas at a whopping 206 feet. An optional day trip to Long Island is also offered for those who would like to experience a swim or snorkel in Dean’s Blue Hole, the world’s deepest seawater hole plunging 663 feet.
